This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the SELLER identified below and the BUYER who purchases a Pro subscription through the platform.

BUYER: The natural or legal person who creates an account on the justgotlive (HUNT) platform and purchases a Pro subscription. The buyer's name, e-mail and billing details are collected electronically at the time of order.
The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of the digital subscription service, whose features and price are stated below, that the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER's justgotlive (HUNT) platform, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations.
The service is the Pro subscription plan of the HUNT platform. The Pro subscription includes features such as advanced discovery, contact/lead data, exports and alerts.
The current subscription price (monthly or annual), inclusive of all taxes, is clearly shown on the pricing page and in the order summary; the price displayed at order confirmation applies.
Payment is collected in advance by credit/debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the period.
The BUYER declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the essential features of the service, the sale price, the method of payment and performance, and that they have given the necessary consent electronically.
The service requires no physical delivery and is performed instantly in electronic form; it is made available to the BUYER upon payment approval.
As a rule, the BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the agreement is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to services performed instantly in electronic form where performance has begun with the BUYER's consent.
By purchasing the Pro subscription and starting to use the service, the BUYER expressly consents to the commencement of performance and accepts that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.
Payment is collected through iyzico at the time of order. Following payment approval, the SELLER makes the service available to the BUYER within 24 hours at the latest — instantly in the application.
The BUYER's card details are not stored by the SELLER; payment security is provided by iyzico.
If the BUYER is unable to complete the payment or the payment is cancelled by the bank, the SELLER's obligation to perform the service ceases and the subscription is not activated.
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
This agreement is deemed concluded and to have entered into force upon the BUYER's electronic confirmation of the order. The agreement consists of 10 (ten) articles.
