HUNT is not a physical product; it is a digital subscription (software) service delivered over the internet. Accordingly, there is no physical shipping or delivery.
The scope and price of the free plan and the Pro subscription plan are clearly stated on the platform.
Once your payment is approved, your subscription becomes active instantly and electronically; you can access the relevant features through your account immediately.

Under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
However, for services performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the consumer's consent. Purchasing the Pro subscription and starting to use the service constitutes the commencement of performance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. After cancellation, your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid billing period; the subscription is not renewed at the end of the period.
As a rule, no refund is issued for partial periods. In case of a material service failure attributable to us, we will review your request and may issue a proportionate refund.
Approved refunds are made to the relevant card via the original payment method (through iyzico); depending on bank processes, it may take a few business days to appear in your account.
